Sales
- All horses are first come, first serve to the first appropriate home. We do reserve the right to turn down a home should we feel it is not a good fit.
- We do not take deposits or hold horses.
- Horses are available to be tried by appointment only. Appointments are limited. We do not believe it is in the best interest of green horses to be sat on by several people.
Pre-Purchase Exams
- Pre purchase exams are welcome and encouraged.
- Horses will be kept available until the day of a scheduled exam.
- After a completed exam buyers have 24 hours to decide about purchase and complete the sale.

Adoptables
While we do source young prospects intended for the show ring, a large part of what we do is take any horse that needs a soft landing. All horses go with a strict contract but our adoptables have a much more rigorous screening process.
After Purchase
After a completed purchase horses can stay up to 5 days board free. After that there is a daily rate of $25/day. Buyer is responsible for any vet or farrier costs. *Special arrangements may be made in the case of long-distance shipping.
